Covid-19 Beauty Bar Policies

  • If you arrive early to an appointment, please wait in your car until the exact appointment time. If you are here to pick up an order/product, please call or text (480)653-7034.

  • Due to new city ordinance, a facial covering is required in the building. 

  • Hand washing sinks are available for your use. 

  • Contactless payment is highly recommended.

  • If you are feeling ill, or have been around someone who is sick, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment

  • If you tend to get chilly, please bring your own blanket, our bed's will be bare. 

  • Please no extra guests to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case or in the event of a "no-show", the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved service(s). We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Spa packages and groups must give a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice. 

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
