How do I schedule an appointment/service?
You can schedule an appointment by phone, in person, or online. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit / debit card.
How do I choose the right treatments and products?
We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a skin care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon or spa treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.
What can I expect from my aesthetician during my salon or spa treatment?
Your aesthetitcian will consult with you prior to the service to determine your goals, preferences, special needs/concerns (if any), and can make recommendations if appropriate. A detailed explanation of what to expect will also be given in person prior to your service.
Can I wear makeup to my facial?
During facials, your aesthetician will remove your make-up for you.
What should I wear for a spa or salon treatment?
No special clothing is required: come as you are! If you are receiving a facial treatment, you will be asked to dress down, to your comfort, waist up and put on a robe.
Is scheduling ahead of time necessary?
We highly recommend making reservaions in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your appointment.
Can I book extra services while I am at the salon?
Absolutely, please ask! We will always try to accomodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
Do you offer gift cards/certificates?
Absolutely! Salon and spa treatments are the perfect gift. Please feel free to come on into the salon or give us a call to purchase one.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Wildflower Gift Cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a "no-show". We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Spa packages and groups must give a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice.
Do you accomodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will be billed for the entire session. As a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment.
What if I have lost my gift certificate?
Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It is necessary to keep track of this valuable property.
What is proper spa etiquette?
Wildflower Beauty Bar is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests' right to privacy and quiet by silencing your cellular phones.
Do you allow children in the spa?
Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests' peace and quiet by leaving your children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.
What if I am pregnant?
Wildflower Beauty Bar has many wonderful services to give you extra-special treatment during this time. We understand your need for care and safety, and make accomodations if necessary.
